New survivors support network and women’s wellness company I AM ARLA launched on Friday 22nd October at Wolf & Badger in Kings Cross. I Am Arla helps women rebuild and rediscover their lives after trauma and abuse. Designed & Co founded by Ex-actress turned writer and activist, Ciara Charteris, Forbes 30 under 30, Devika Wood, and Entrepreneur, Karly Arber, all survivors themselves. I Am Arla provides a safe space for women to share their stories, and houses a directory of qualified practitioners, experts and holistic health services. As well as access to free workshops, resources and Arla community events.

The event was sponsored by Wolf and Badger, with a panel including survivors, established life coach Lydia McCartney, and Writer & Actress Rosie Day. Rosie also discussed her new book Instructions for A Teenage Armageddon, published by Hachette last week, which includes writing from Ciara Charteris and lists I AM ARLA as a key resource. Up and coming Singer/Songwriter Bluebelle performed, and a new art collaboration titled with the Arla slogan #OneStoryAtATime was released with multidisciplinary artist Jemima Sara.
